An accomplished Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of active experience in Assurance Practice, Mr. Shishir Dalal expertly steers the ship of Eurus as its founder and CEO. He is an accomplished Fellow Chartered Accountant and was at the helm of Dalal & Shah Chartered Accountants as co-founder and partner for many years. An impressive list of clients, like Jain Irrigation Group, Bajaj Group, Kalyani, Kirloskar, Raymond, Century Textiles, Parle Bisleri which later became a network firm of PwC India and PwC Worldwide, speaks volumes of his advisory knowledge and mastery. He was on the advisory board of Tc Capital Pte Limited, a Singapore based investment banking company, that specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions and Cross Broder Transactions Services. He also presides as Honorary Vice President in BCJ & Asha Parekh Research Hospital in Santacruz.
As COO and in charge of operations, Mr. Rahul Dalal represents the changing face of Eurus. A graduate in commerce, equipped with a keen eye for fresh and new ideas, he has brought about a new, improved and technologically-advanced working style that is a blend of modern trends and deep insight. His passion for improvement, unwavering vision of a better tomorrow and the zeal to build on the learnings of the past shape the rich working culture at Eurus.
A law graduate from Mumbai University, Mr. Manoj Lodha is a veteran Chartered Accountant & Cost Accountant. He worked as a Senior Manager at Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. where he was subsequently promoted to Vice President, later to Chief financial Officer. He participated in the growth strategy, resource raising and setting the future direction for the company. He worked closely with the internal & external stakeholders to manage significant business growth. He effectively handled Investor Relations for a long time and extensively worked with equity & bond research analysts (as many as 20 global & domestic research houses including the likes of Morgan Stanley, CLSA, BaML, UBS, Nomura, IIFL, etc.) He has played a key role in the demerger of food business through slump sale & raising private equity. He served as a board member of Jain Farm Fresh Foods Limited (a subsidiary of Jain Irrigation Systems Limited ) from May’16 to Nov’17. He was appointed as Director and Audit Committee Member of Windsor Machines Limited in August 2020.
